Position Details:

1. Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Board Secretariat
   • Age Limit: 45 years
   • Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of education with an MBA, M.Com, MPA, or LLB. A Chartered Secretary certification is preferred.
   • Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields.
   • Key Responsibilities: Oversee board secretariat activities, ensure compliance with corporate governance standards, and support board meetings and documentation.
2. Manager – Board Secretariat
   • Age Limit: 45 years
   • Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in BS, BBA, or LLB. A Chartered Secretary certification is preferred.
   • Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
   • Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing board secretariat functions, maintain records, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Manager – Communication Strategist
   • Age Limit: 45 years
   • Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of education in MBA, M.Com, or MPA.
   • Experience: 5-6 years in communication, event planning, and digital media management.
   • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies, manage digital media, and plan corporate events.
4. Deputy Manager – Digital Media Officer
   • Age Limit: 45 years
   • Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in BBA, B.Com, BS, or BCS.
   • Experience: 3-4 years in social media management, digital advertising, and SEO/SEM.
   • Key Responsibilities: Manage SLIC’s digital presence, develop online advertising strategies, and optimize search engine visibility.
